Snack on This.... Lose Weight!!!

Good Evening Everyone!

      If you're trying to loose weight, snacking between meals can make you go in the other direction.  That's unless you choose raw almonds as your snack.  According to studies coming out of the Obesity Journal, those who chose a small handful of raw almonds as a snack instead of a complex carb (example: muffin or bagel) actually enjoyed a weight-loss benefit.  Those eating the almonds had:


62% better reduction in weight/BMI
50% better reduction in size of their waist
56% better reduction in body fat

      * Notice that I said "raw" almonds should be used as a snack, since they retain more of their natural nutritional benefits.
